Founded by MiKaylan Cushing, Holistic Living is more than a wellness community—it’s a sacred sisterhood rooted in faith, healing, and whole-body restoration. Born from MiKaylan’s deep desire to see women supported not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually, IVY Sisters is a space where women are seen, celebrated, and spiritually poured into.

With a heart for Jesus and a passion for wellness, MiKaylan curates faith-filled wellness parties, soul-care gatherings, and intentional experiences that allow women to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with God, themselves, and each other.

Whether it's through prayer, movement, holistic care, or simply sitting in safe sisterhood, Holistic Living exists to remind every woman that she’s not alone—and she doesn't have to carry it all by herself. This is a community where faith meets function, sisterhood meets sanctuary, and healing is a whole-body experience.
