Ingredients:
Apples, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwis (or swap kiwis with bananas for variety)
Lemon juice
Optional: Unsweetened shredded coconut or a drizzle of raw honey
Directions:
Soak fresh fruit in bowl of water with 1tsp of baking soda for 15min.
Rinse thoroughly.
Let fruit dry.
Dice fruits into bite-sized pieces.
Squeeze lemon juice over the mix to prevent browning and add a zesty flavor.
Add a drizzle of raw honey!
Portion into individual cups for an easy grab-and-go snack.
