Snack: Fruit Cups

Ingredients:

  • Apples, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwis (or swap kiwis with bananas for variety)

  • Lemon juice

  • Optional: Unsweetened shredded coconut or a drizzle of raw honey

Directions:

  1. Soak fresh fruit in bowl of water with 1tsp of baking soda for 15min.

  2. Rinse thoroughly.

  3. Let fruit dry.

  4. Dice fruits into bite-sized pieces.

  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the mix to prevent browning and add a zesty flavor.

  6. Add a drizzle of raw honey!

  7. Portion into individual cups for an easy grab-and-go snack.
